Returns & Exchanges

• All Sales Are Final: We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any items once they have been purchased.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

While we maintain a strict no-return policy, your satisfaction and happiness truly matter to us! If your order arrives damaged during transit, or if we accidentally packed the wrong sticker for you, we want to make it right.

• Please contact us at ash@ashtalksabout.com within 7 days of delivery.

• Include your order number and a quick photo of the damaged or incorrect item.

📦 Shipping & Delivery Info

• Processing Time: Because we are a small business packing every order by hand with care, please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be packaged and dropped off at the post office.

• Carrier: All sticker orders are shipped via USPS Standard Mail to keep shipping costs as low as possible for you!

• Tracking Note: Standard sticker shipping is sent via stamped envelope, which means tracking numbers are not included. Please allow 3–7 business days for delivery once you receive your shipping confirmation email, depending on your distance from Eastern North Carolina.

• Bundle & Save: Stickers are flat-rate or low-cost shipping, making them the perfect little add-on gift for friends (or a treat for yourself!).
